H2HCare consortium has been represented at EUROPEAN WEEK OF ACTIVE AND HEALTHY AGEING in Gdansk Poland, 18-20 October, by the coordinator, The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (TUC).

TUC team members participated to several interesting workshops, created awareness about H2HCare results among participants and interacted with other AAL projects representatives.
TUC team helped organizing the “The Future of Social Robotics to Assist the Ageing Population” workshop together with Tess den Uyl, the workshop chair (https://ageing-well-week.eu/the-future-of-social-robotics-to-assist-the-ageing-population/). Several AAL projects have been present to the workshop.
Also they have actively participated to the “A life-course, ICT-approach to cognitive decline: State of the art, challenges and prospects, examples from the ReMember-Me project” workshop (https://ageing-well-week.eu/a-life-course-ict-approach-to-cognitive-decline/) organized by the ReMember-Me project where TUC is consortium partner.
